As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and drive sustainable growth.

About the role

We are looking for the Regional Sales Manager. This role is responsible for leading the team to achieve the sales target of potential strategical end users in the automotive, mold and die,3C, energy and aerospace segments. This will involve quotation, negotiation, getting sales orders, and handling payment issues. Our ideal Regional Sales Manager is enthusiastic, proactive, team oriented and dedicated to fulfilling our customers’ needs promptly and courteously.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within a defined geography to achieve established sales targets in line with DP strategy.
  • Work out and implement strategic activities with the team members and deliver positive business results.
  • Develop profitable business by executing discount management, promoting new products, following new opportunities and controlling A&S costs.
  • Increase sales team capabilities and efficiency.
  • Well communicate coordinate with other departments or teams.

About you

  • College's degree or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing with solid engineering experience.
  • More than 5 years of experience as team leader in US or EU cutting tools companies.
  • Strong end users’ development background.
  • English skill of listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred.
  • Good leadership and coordination skills.
