Are you excited about the opportunity to join a passionate, energetic, and innovative team as a Digital & Product Marketing Manager?

About your job:

The Digital & Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive initiatives and platforms for digital improvement and transformation. This role involves managing and implementing marketing technology solutions with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. The manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, leveraging expertise in digital engagement, customer touchpoint activation, and digital transformation to drive engagement and facilitate the conversion of both new and existing customers.

KEY RESPONCIBILITIES:

  • Strategy Development:

Create and implement digital marketing initiatives aligned with company goals, brand guidelines and user experience expectations. Analyze trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Content creation:

Develop all relevant marketing assets and sales literature across all customer touch-points and for all product introductions.

  • Project Management

Coordinate with external partners to develop marketing materials, working with graphic designers, writers, and vendors to maintain brand consistency and quality.

  • Budget Oversight:

Manage costs and schedules, advising on planning considerations and ensuring alignment with budgets and deadlines.

  • Lead Generation:

Implement digital programs and tactics to capture and nurture leads throughout the customer journey. Work closely with sales teams to ensure sales enablement.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights. Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies for better results.

  • Stakeholder management:

Manage external supplier relationships including deliverables and expectations through clear and consistent communication and project tracking.

PROFILE:

  • Proven experience 5-8+ years in both strategic multichannel marketing and maintaining digital brand consistency
  • B2B experience
  • Experience in vendor management
  • A healthy mix of skill and initiative
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Marketing Automation, Social Media, SEO/SEM, PPC, Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Marketing Systems (DMS), CRM, Microsoft, Adobe
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with administration and deployment of campaigns, including database management and analytics
  • Solid understanding of Sales Enablement
