About the job

You lead the development and implementation of the Process Control portfolio strategy and R&D plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You set clear targets for your team, sponsor new product development, and define enhancements based on customer needs. By monitoring market trends and competitor activities, you drive innovation through new methods and tools and build competence across sales areas. You also support branding initiatives and foster a high-performing, engaged team while ensuring safe and timely delivery of quality solutions.

Key focus areas include:

  • Driving fact-based prioritization of resources and investments.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Leveraging strategic roadmaps to build world-class capabilities.

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency.

The location for this position is flexible. You report to the VP Digital and Service Offering and collaborate with global teams.

Your profile
You have a few years' experience in Process Control applications within mining, combined with several years in mining engineering, advanced technologies, and product development. You bring strong business acumen and proven expertise in strategy, campaign planning, and business development. You hold a relevant university degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
