About us
Inrock is one of the world’s largest tooling and service providers serving the horizontal directional drilling (HDD) industry. We provide tools and services to HDD contractors globally to help them install infrastructure pipelines transporting water, sewer, oil, gas, electric and fiber underneath geological and man-made obstacles.
About the job
In this position, you oversee and coordinate department activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to our customers. You develop and execute a broad range of administrative services related to our field operations such as data processing, purchasing and reporting.
Included in your responsibility:
Organize shipping of equipment to and from job sites
Maintain sustainable levels of inventory
Handle invoicing orders in a timely manner
Maintain spreadsheets and logging activity of our engineers
Ensure that all expense reports, daily reports, field notes, and travel expenses are organized for efficient follow up on billing
Track rental fleet equipment and update as needed
Coordinate with vendors to ensure proper deliveries and repairs and work with them to improve their technology used by us
Who you are
You are independent, efficient, and proactive with experience from previous coordinator roles or with customer service experience. You have the ability to prioritize and solve problems in a collaborative manner with the client’s best interest in mind. Your attention to detail is one of your strengths and you tend to become a natural go-to person for the areas you support.
