Field Marketing Manager China

Are you an organized and proactive marketer eager to grow your career in an international environment?
We’re looking for a Field/Regional Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing activities in China. In this role, you’ll help bring campaigns to life locally by supporting digital marketing activities, coordinating events and working closely with sales and external partners. You will be part of our global Brand, Marketing and Communications Team and collaborate with colleagues across the globe.

Key responsibilities

  • Activation support: Adapt and execute global and regional marketing campaigns and initiatives for the Chinese market across relevant local channels.
  • Event coordination: Support the planning and delivery of webinars, trade shows, customer events, and other marketing activities.
  • Sales collaboration: Work with the local sales team to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Content localization: Coordinate translations and adapt marketing materials to fit local market needs and audience preferences.
  • Performance tracking: Monitor campaign and event results, prepare basic performance reports, and support ongoing optimization.
  • Vendor coordination: Help manage day-to-day contact with agencies, suppliers, and event partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Key skills & requirements

  • Experience: Experience in B2B marketing, communications, event coordination, or a related area. Experience from a global company or the manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Digital interest: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Web, WeChat, Baidu, or social media channels is an advantage.
  • Language: Fluency in Mandarin and good business-level English skills are required.
  • Organization: Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage several activities at once.
  • Collaboration: A team player who enjoys working across functions and with external partners.
