Customer Sales Support Representative (Norwegian Speaking)
Are you a service-minded professional with a technical curiosity and a knack for solving customer challenges? At Business Area Mining, we’re looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Support Center in Järfälla, Stockholm – supporting our Spare Parts and Rock Tools division.
This is not a traditional inside sales role, it’s a customer service position where you play a key role in supporting sales through excellent service of technical insights. Welcome!
About your job
In this role, you’re the first point of contact for our customers – handling inquires, processing orders, and providing professional support related to our aftermarket offering. You work closely with our sales team and supply chain to ensure smooth order handling and timely deliveries
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming orders and customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Identifying correct part numbers using spare parts manuals and technical documentation.
- Supporting customers with quotations and delivery updates.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and ERP systems.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve order or delivery issues.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support sales.
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Speaks Norwegian fluently and communicates well in Swedish and English.
- Has a strong customer service mindset and enjoys helping others.
- Is comfortable working with various IT systems (e.g., Office 365, CRM, ERP).
- Has a willingness to learn the technical aspects of our products – experience of working with spare parts or technical documentation is a plus.
- Is structured, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer support, technical sales or roles within the mining or construction industry is highly valued. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality or other service-oriented roles and are eager to grow into a more technical position, we’d love to hear from you!
